Gymnastics Classes

Our gymnastics program is designed to focus on skill development rather than age, providing a comprehensive, floor-based curriculum that prioritizes mastering foundational skills. We believe in building a solid base before advancing students to more complex techniques, ensuring they have the strength and control necessary for progression.

In addition to traditional gymnastics, our program incorporates acro skills to keep pace with evolving trends in movement. These acro elements seamlessly complement our dance program, fostering versatility and enhancing overall performance.

Each class is structured with specific skill requirements that must be consistently demonstrated before students can progress to the next level. This ensures that every student develops at their own pace, building confidence and competence along the way.
